1. HOW TO ENTER AND WIN. Entrants must register on the East Coast Supercharging Web Site at www.eastcoastsupercharging.com/giveaway.html. The ECS Holiday Gift Certificate Sweepstakes (Giveaway) will be accessible through the ECS website starting on or around December 15th, 2008 and ending on January 31st, 2009. There may be no more than one registrant per household, per giveaway. Multiple registrations will be disqualified. Winners will be selected by a random drawing whereby a contestants odds of winning are proportional to the number of other registered contestants.
2. PRIZES. Two (2) Grand Prize gift certificates with a value of $250 dollars each, and five runner up prizes of East Coast Supercharging T-Shirts will be awarded inclusive of tax and shipping if applicable. Gift Certificates may be redeemed for the purchase of parts and / or services from East Coast Supercharging and will expire 12 months after awarded. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash / or combined with other special offers. Winners will be notified by email.
3. CONDITIONS. An eligible entrant may enter by registering at www.eastcoastsupercharging.com/giveaway.html. No more than one registrant per household, per giveaway will be accepted. Multiple registrations will be disqualified. By participating, registrant may receive promotional e-mails from East Coast Supercharging. You may opt out of receiving future e-mail and remain eligible to win the Giveaway by following the instructions contained in any such e-mail, or otherwise notifying the sending entity. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Neither East Coast Supercharging, and its respective officers, directors, share holders, and employees, and its respective parent companies, management companies, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, nor any telephone network, or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for failures, any interruption, deletion or defect, line failures of any telephone network, or problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer, theft, tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to alteration of entries, transactions that are late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction, error or traffic congestion on the Internet or any other human or technical error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Participation in the Giveaway, selection of a winner, and the award of a prize, if any, is subject to the sole discretion of East Coast Supercharging. These Giveaway rules may be amended and/or the Giveaway cancelled by East Coast Supercharging, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, or no reason, without notice.
4. DETERMINATION OF WINNER. A random drawing will be conducted on or before the 2nd day of February 2009, from among all eligible entries received by the January 31st, 2009 deadline. Drawing will be conducted by East Coast Supercharging, whose decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this promotion. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. If, in East Coast Supercharging’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway or violation of any of these rules, East Coast Supercharging reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received or available as of the termination date. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Giveaway is unlawful and subject to legal action by the sponsor and/or its agents.
5. ELIGIBILITY. Giveaway open only to new registrants, and legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of East Coast Supercharging, and their immediate families and households, and each of their respective parent companies, management companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, including advertising agencies, distributors, brokers and their retailers, and their respective employees, are not eligible.
6. GENERAL. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Winner consents to the use of their name, biographical information, photographs and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree that the sponsor, its affiliates and agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of the prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of winner. US law governs these sweepstakes rules. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except East Coast Supercharging reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value, whether in cash or otherwise, if the prize cannot be awarded as advertised for any reason.
7. TAXES. All taxes and any other expenses not specified here in are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. WINNER'S LIST. Winners Names will be posted on the East Coast Supercharging web site for 3 months. For a list with the name of the Prize Winners send a self addressed, stamped to: Winner List, East Coast Supercharging, Holiday Gift Certificate Giveaway, 562 Route 539, Cream Ridge, NJ 08514. Requests will be honored for (3) months after the termination of the Giveaway.
